Star of the session and Section of the year!

Here is a description of the awards available as part of the project - check out the sidebar if you want the latest details!

A "star of the session" award will be given to one musician each week, and their names will be posted in the sidebar. Anyone can acheive the award, for example they might try really hard when playing a piece they find difficult, they might be enthusiastic and well-behaved, or they might help another musician out.

All sections will have the chance to pick up "stars". They might receive these for practising their pieces and improving lots, winning a competition, or being well-behaved. Each week, the stars tally will be posted in the sidebar. At the end of the project, the section with the most stars will be awarded Section of the year.
